This beautiful brindle boy is Chief, a 1 year old Dutch Shepherd. Chief was surrendered with his non-biological brother Flint because their owner could not care for them anymore. Chief was shy but sweet at first and his personality has only blossomed while with us. Like most 1 year old dogs Chief still has some puppy energy and loves to run and play. He is extremely intelligent and already knows a couple of basic commands. Chief is neutered, heartworm negative, microchipped, and up to date on shots. Come meet him at 455 F. Edward Hebert Blvd. today!

Act quickly to adopt Chief. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Our Adoption Process...

Our kittens cost $50, cats cost $40, puppies are $200, and dogs are $125. That includes them being spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots. Anyone looking to adopt must fill out an application and meet all of the requirements. All animals from us must go to families looking for inside animals. Also, if the people have any animals at home we call their vet to make sure the animals are up to date on everything and spayed/neutered.
