My name is Oliver. I am a very special boy. I was seen hunting behind the Deaf and Blind School in a field. Hunting isn't what it's cut out to be! I started to get hungry and finally asked for help from the school staff. I knew this was the right place to ask for help because you see...I am deaf and have a condition called hyperthyroidism. I am looking for that special home where I can be an indoor boy or even have a catio to play in. I don't like that outdoor life. I am a little nervous at first but I warm up quickly. I think I would like to be the only kitty in the house. If you are looking for a special handsome boy...here I am.

About Pet Paw-see

About Our Rescue Group...

The Pet Paw-see is an entirely volunteer organization made up of people passionate about animal welfare. We take in unwanted, stray, injured and owner turn-in pets. All of our animals are given a vet check, vaccinated, spayed/neutered, micro-chipped and any other medical needs addressed prior to being available for adoption. They are all put into either foster care or boarding. We are also allowed to keep up to 8 cats at a time at our local Petco Store. They built our group a cat habitat in the store for viewing and meeting our cats.

In addition to rescue and adoptions, we are very active in education on responsible pet ownership, trap neuter release of feral cats, a senior cat for senior adult program, and food drives for low income pet owners.

Come Meet Our Pets...

The local Petco Store has allowed our group to partner with them in promoting responsible pet care and adoption. We have an adoption event every Saturday in their store for our animals. We also have all of our animals on our website. In addition, we print photos of our animals and leave them in binders at all the local veterinary clinics.

Our Adoption Process...

We have an adoption application. This application is reviewed, references checked and approved or not. A home check is done for the dogs to ensure there is a fenced yard and shelter. Occasionally a home check is done for cats if there are concerns. All adopters must fill out and sign a contract. If the animal does not work out for any reason, we insist it is returned to us. The fee for cats is $75. Dogs range from $80-$100 depending on if the dog is a pure breed or not. We require the animal is cared for and has regular vaccinations. If we feel a dog will be chained or a cat will be allowed to go outside, this is cause for a refusal.
