Jordon is around 1 to 2 years old, Size: Large 61-100 lbs, more towards 60ish pounds, has a docked tail like an Aussie, walks on a leash, sits when I asked, appears to be sweet & loving, active, likes to play in water, pretty well mannered, playful at the shelter and is a special dog in need of a family or companion(s) to love.

Dawn gave a little test by looking in Jordon's mouth, pulling on his ears and tail, holding his paws and giving little kisses and hugs. Jordon appeared to past the test with no problems, he's a super sweet active pup with a lot of fun & love to give his new family. Like all of our shelter dogs, we suggest a well fenced yard for Jordon to play and be safe in. We feel he may make an outstanding fun loving & loyal companion . If you wish, Jordon can be tested around Dogs & Cats here at the shelter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jordon*UEGENT*, a Grass Valley Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd for sale in Grass Valley, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Grass Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grass Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grass Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grass Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
