Casper was an owner surrender. He has become rather whiny in his old age. As Casper just came in to our rescue on 6/18/16, we do not have much info on his personality other than he is timid and nice with humans. He was living with 3 other cats.
We are trying to get donations to get Casper a senior blood panel to check the function of his organs due to his age, as well as a dental cleaning.
All of our animals are in foster care. For the protection of our foster families, we will not arrange a meet-and-greet with the animal until an application is completed. Please email email@example.com to request an application (DOC, PDF or email format).
