PLEASE SEE THE VIDEO! This sweet boy was seen scrounging for food for weeks before someone finally realized he was really on his own in the streets of Georgia. Toby is thin and managed to survive but is oh-so-relieved to finally be taken care of. Luckily the the vet where he has been cared for found him in very good health. Toby is a pleasure to have around. He loves people and is getting along great with all the other dogs (and cats!) in his foster home. Toby is affectionate and very sweet, he loves to be with you. He is absolutely adorable and we are so excited for someone to adopt him and give him the life he truly deserves, could that be you? Toby is about a year old and will weigh 40ish lbs when he fills out.
