Google's Story...
Google is a 10 week old dilute orange marble tabby kitten. Google is cuddly and friendly and loves coming to say hi. He is playful and fun and loves to talk to you and tell you his troubles. His litter includes Ferris, Google, Indy and Jersey if you happen to be looking for two. He is used to adult cats and dogs of many sizes. He is up to date on shots, neutered and microchipped. Google is fostered in Huntsville Alabama, but isn't fussy about where he ends up, as long as he is loved, and an inside cat.
If you are interested in adopting Google, please email info@forrescue.net, or fill out our adoption application at www.forrescue.net/cat-application. Thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Google, a Knoxville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Knoxville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Knoxville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Knoxville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Knoxville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Knoxville paves the way for another one to be saved.
