Duke's Story...
I am already neutered, house trained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, and not good with cats. I am extremely playful and very high energy. I am not a couch potato dane!!! I must be the only dog/pet in the house and no dog parks.

I am a merle dane and 22 months old. My family gave me up because their careers were too demanding and I wasn’t getting the attention & training a young dane needs. I am very loving and I will take all the luvin I can get from my humans. I am also a big ole dufus who loves life and my big ole jowls make the best goobers ever!!! Tee hee!!! I enjoy riding in the car and I love going for walks!

I was being fostered by a great family but one day the mom came downstairs with a pair of boots in her hand. I dropped to the floor and started shaking like I was in a freezer. I am terrified of boots, Aside from that, I am perfect in every way! Honest!!!

If you would like to meet me, please contact the Alliance. A home check and meet & greet with all family members is required. There is an adoption contract and an adoption fee of $400. (623) 869-0409 Dane Line.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Duke, a Phoenix Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
