Niles's Story...
Niles is about 5 months old and weighs 40 pounds. He loves his ball, is great with kids and enjoys playing in water. He is a typical puppy with lots of energy and love to give. He enjoys going for a walk and learns very quickly. He is learning sit, shake and leash skills. He is working on potty training and doing well with pooping outside but will likely need more training in his new home. He will be about 60 pounds when he is full grown. He is neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Niles, a Phoenix Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever puppy from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
