Mushy went through the worst in a kittys' life - he lost his soulmate and furever love Crissy after we took them both off the street. Crissy got sicker and sicker and despite all our frantic efforts to save her bringing her to several specialized clinics she passed away - most likely on being poisoned at the beginning what led to slow organ failure over time.
Mushy went into deep mourning, starring against the wall and not accepting any furry friends and did not care about human love either....
As we knew him from outside where he ran towards us, enjoying all kinds of petting and was very outgoing and affectionate, we were getting desperate, but finally found a foster home that gave him quiet and patient attention to bring back his true loving nature and finally he is now ready for adoption. He istarted to accept some gentle playtime with his foster siblings and is enjoying sitting next to them although he is not attempting to groom one of them yet or giving headbutts as he did with Crissy - yet.
He loves his time out sitting on the window and watching you'r doing your daily tasks and giving him gentle attention. When the time is right, he will come to you, headbutting and nose-kissing your hand asking in the most gentle way and with soft purring sound for love, attention and petting sessions. He will look at you with his beautiful green eyes and his cutest expression - sometimes the tongue sticks a bit out - almost asking: "I'm here - Do you have time for me now?", his mushball character obviously apparent. But Mushy has also a playful side, chasing and puncing balls and mice, or enjoying the cat tree with some strings atatched.

In the night he will sleep next to you on a chair watching you that you are safe and ready to love him the next morning.
He is still a bit nervous to meet new people and will need his time to warm up in his new furever home. But with patience and tender love you will discover a true furry lover boy and mushball companion at your side.

Mushy is a beautiful, tenderly affectionate young guy, about two years young who will be a great companion and buddy in his future forever home. Looking at him now, we would love to see him in a home that has already or will consider to adopt later a gentle laid back cat so Mushy has as well a furry compaion that comforts him in the time of lobelyness while his parent is not at home and complet his happiness he truly deserves.
Mushy is neutered, fully vaccinated, tested negative for FIV/FELV, is cleaned off fleas and intestinal parasites and is absolutely healthy.
