They always remained shy, but they started to let people pet them , without running away. When a nice couple came in to adopt, they wanted two cats that were having a hard time finding a home. When they decided to take Scout and Mischa home, we were beyond thrilled! It’s not every day that someone wants a challenging pair of cats.
Scout and Mischa did great in their home for 7 years, but sadly circumstances changed for the couple, and they had to come back to Good Mews. Of course, we were heartbroken to hear this news.
The pair are still shy, but being in a home has helped them trust people more. Mischa is a bit shyer than her handsome brother, but you can pet her. When you pet Scout, he will start to softly purr. We love it when we hear our shy kitties purr. They are both still as sweet and kind as ever and we are hoping they are just as lucky as they were 7 years ago and someone will come in looking for a shy pair to give a loving home to.
They will most likely be timid and nervous in a new environment at first, so a quiet home with a patient adopter would be best for them
