About Our Rescue Group...
WHO WE ARE:
The O.T.I.S. Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)3 registered tax-exempt nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of animals in our community and beyond.
We are a small group of people who love animals and believe in the value of all living beings. We want to ensure that our community's pets are treated with respect and teach others to recognize and understand the value of the animals' lives.
Through education, we strive to promote the importance of proper animal care, spaying and neutering, the value of adoption and fostering, as well as the enforcement of animal protection laws.
By educating the people, if we are able to reform the community into more responsible pet owners, this will help break the cycle of pet-overpopulation, abandonment, and many other current issues.
WHAT WE DO:
The O.T.I.S. Foundation Inc. specializes in keeping pets in their homes by helping pet owners who are in need. We believe people should not have to give up their pets due to financial hardships and we also provide assistance to stray animals by funding emergency veterinary care and placement.
We also provide lost and found services; safe pet-rehoming services; low-cost spay and neuter assistance; pet food assistance; emergency veterinary care assistance; informal advice in animal law; and natural, holistic remedies as an alternative to traditional pet care and Western Medicine.
Our Adoption Process...
Our adoption fees are fair and modest.
Dogs and puppies range from $50 - $85 depending on age, breed, and adoptability.
Cats and kittens range from $15 - $35 depending on age and needs
All animals are up-to-date on all vaccines, spayed and neutered, and receive a veterinary evaluation before adoption.
