Domestic Mediumhair Cat for adoption in Ashland, Ohio - Precious

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Precious's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Precious's Story...
Precious, and her housemate Marshmallow, are both around 5 years old. They came from an owner who moved, and could not take them along. They had not been spayed, or tested, or vaccinated, so we made sure all this was done.

Precious is a gorgeous long hair black and white female. She has a sweet disposition, although she can be testy around a lot of other pets, and is happiest with maybe one other cat or a dog. She is a bit overwhelmed here with all our kitties and we would really like to find her a forever home as soon as possible. Her sister Marshmallow has been adopted, so now we need to find Precious her loving forever indoor home.

She is a smaller kitty, will be happy to be in a home of her own, and not here in our overwhelming environment. She had been with her owner a long time, so this is quite a shock to her. She needs to be with non-dominant pets, as she can be a bit bossy.

Please consider this beautiful girl as an addition to your family. She has been exposed to dogs from her previous home, and cats. We also do not see a problem with children, however she will most likely hide if they are small.

Her adoption fee is $50, and we require a verifiable veterinarian reference prior to scheduling an appointment for adoption. You must bring a cat carrier with you for transport. She must be an indoor only kitty.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Precious, a Ashland Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Ashland, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Ashland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ashland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ashland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ashland paves the way for another one to be saved.
