Sheyenne’s plight started in July 2012 from her birth in a backyard. She had little or no interaction with humans only other canines. After a year the human residents got divorced, the husband took two of the dogs, but left Sheyenne and her mother behind. The wife and kids were afraid of large dogs and had no contact with them. Rescue was called to help, but the older dog had escaped and was never seen again. Sheyenne was rescued and after much patience and love, Sheyenne became a sweet confident and calm companion. Sheyenne has a beautiful brindle coat, narrow head, brown eyes and a quiet spirit. She can run like the wind and stop on a dime and would make a great running partner with her long stride. Sheyenne is crate trained, spayed, UTD on shots, Heartworm negative and on preventative. Sheyenne does well with other dogs, cats and also with kids.
