Daisy's Story...
Hi everyone, I'm Daisy, a social and active senior gal in need of a happy and loving forever home. I am here with my best friend and house mate named Dede...we have been together for a decade! Dede feels more confident and a lot happier when I am with her and for this reason, we are considered a bonded pair- which means we have to be adopted together....hopefully since we are both smaller dogs, it won't take us too long to get adopted. I like food, going for walks or running around to get out my small dog energy. I do have a heart murmur but it hasn't kept me from doing anything that a normal dog has done in the last 12 years. Although we are treated well here, we are so used to being in a home and that is what both of us need...to spend the rest of our golden years together in a new forever home. See you soon.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy, a Reisterstown Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Reisterstown, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Reisterstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Reisterstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Reisterstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Reisterstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
