Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Morgan (nickname Kia) is a beautiful 2 year old border collie cross.
She has had a rough start in life living in a situation where she had very little human contact.
Over the past 6 weeks in her foster home she has been evolving from a very scared and skittish girl to a dog who
is learning to trust humans
Morgan is learning to ask to go outside to use the bathroom although in the house she is very polite and uses a pee
pad. She is a smart dog and learns quickly once you gain her trust.
She accepts other dogs but has to warm up to them. Morgan will get territorial about food. She is very scared of men.
Morgan requires supervision around kids. She is fine in a crate but seldom uses it at her foster house.
Watch out for your soft slippers and socks. She likes to steal them but doesn't eat them.
Morgan has a very sweet temperament -loves cuddles, belly rubs and following her foster mom around the house.
She is now accepting a leash more and more and is able to go for walks.
Morgan needs a secure environment and someone who will have the time and patience to slowly bond with her. If
she has the right owner the rewards will be great.
Morgan-Kia would do best in a quiet home with calm and soft spoken people.
