Teddy is about 6 years old and is a Plott Hound mix. He is a sweet boy when he has learned he can trust you. He can get nervous in new situations and with new people but once he has learned that you are ok he is very affectionate to you. Teddy's ideal home would not have any other pets or kids. He would love a quiet home where he can be with his people and not have a lot of traffic in and out of the home. He has been going to training and is doing great! He knows how to sit, stay, lay down, come, and is currently working on walking better on a leash. He gets very excited about food and is very food motivated! He does need a home with a fenced in yard. He is house and crate trained. I know it may seem like Teddy has a lot of requirements in his forever home but we know that perfect home is out there somewhere! He truly is a good boy once he knows he can trust you you just have to give him time and his foster mom is more than happy to assist in doing several meet and greets with anyone that would be a good fit for Teddy's needs!
