Luna is a 3-4 year old American Bulldog mix who came to the shelter as a stray. She is a very sweet girl with lots of love to give. She seems to get along with everybody at the shelter and enjoys getting attention and head scratches.
Washington Wilkes Animal Shelter is a small, open door shelter. We strive to save every adoptable animal that is surrendered, orphaned, abandoned, abused and neglected. All animals are spayed/neutered at time of adoption, vaccinated. All dogs are heartworm tested/treated at time of adoption.
All procedures administered to the shelter animals are funded solely on donations. We are in constant need of monetary donations to continue the vetting of these animals.
