Astro has been waiting for several months now at Friends of Linden Animal Shelter, Linden, N. J. He is simply adorable: spunky, smart, sweet, affectionate, playful with people, other dogs, and even gets along with cats! He is now in a foster home with several other dogs and gets along just fine...they are teaching him the ropes and he is a very quick learner. Astro is best in an adult home or one with children. 7 and older. He needs an owner who will keep him structured because he does so well with structure and clarity in his environment. Astro is housebroken, crate trained, walks nicely on a leash, takes toys, treats and food gently, and loves to snuggle with you. He is even good in the bath! Oh, Astro also loves car rides so let him be your co-pilot and enjoy the ride!
