Melody's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Melody's Story...
6/22/16: MEET THE SISTERS, LEIA AND MELODY! These pretty girls are PUREBRED BLACK AND WHITE SPRINGER SPANIELS.
About 11 years old, and still very active, these sisters have been together their entire lives and would love to find a forever home where they can be together.

Leia weighs 36 pounds and Melody 41 pounds, and they both have very sweet personalities. Even better, they are fine with other cats and dogs and kids, so would be wonderful companions for a family!
Both Leia and Melody are fully vetted, spayed, heartworm and fecal check negative; they are current on all their shots and were just examined by the veterinarian today. They are healthy other than a few benign skin lumps (the kind we all get as we get older, LOL).

They come from a very loving home and are happy affectionate dogs and are only in rescue now because of their owner losing her home. If you would like to meet or adopt this pair of sisters, please call Robin at 352-339-3352 or email spcagainesville@hotmail.com for more information and an adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Melody, a Putnam Hall Springer Spaniel/Springer Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Springer Spaniel/Springer Spaniel for sale in Putnam Hall, or seeking a Springer Spaniel/Springer Spaniel dog from a breeder in Putnam Hall.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Putnam Hall already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Putnam Hall breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Springer Spaniel/Springer Spaniel breeders who help with Springer Spaniel/Springer Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Putnam Hall paves the way for another one to be saved.
