My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Well, hello there! I'm Athena, a sweet and adorable tabby and calico (aka tabico) DSH little girl who was born in late March 2016. Where a regular calico has black or gray, I have grey tabby along with the calico's caramel and white.
I love to rough and tumble with my brothers and fiercely play with my balls with bells and catnip mice. However, I have a gentle, dainty side too. I have the softest little meow that you've ever heard, and I can be a little timid around people until I warm up to them. I get along great with other cats and dogs.
I was born in an abandoned house, and I was orphaned when my mom was killed by a car. Luckily a nice lady heard our cries and fed us, and my foster mom offered to take us in.
As much fun as I have in my foster home, I'd love one to call my very own. Won't you be that special someone to give little me (and my brother Ares, for that matter!) a wonderful lifetime home? I need to weigh 3 pounds before I get my rabies vaccine, but other than that, I am all ready to move in with you!
Athena is updated on shots, spayed, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/ FeLV negative, and ready for her indoor-only home. Her adoption fee is $125 for kittens 9 months old and younger, cash or check payable to Buster's Friends.
