I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Cayenne's Story...
Cayenne needs a new home. She is 1.5 years old & she's had the same owner since she was just 4 weeks old. To make ends meet, her owner now works extremely long days in addition to a commute and feels it is not fair to Cayenne. According to her current owner, she has grown up with a small child without any issues & she is good with other dogs. (She is not good with cats.) Her owner says she has always been an indoor dog and she is potty trained & loves to snuggle. If you are interested in adopting Cayenne, please contact at LoneStarDobermanRescue@gmail.com to request an application. We adopt to all areas of TX and if outside of TX, you must be within 5 hours of Dallas/Ft Worth.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cayenne, a Fort Worth Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Fort Worth, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Fort Worth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Worth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
