Isabella's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Isabella's Story...
Isabella is 2 years old and was turned in to the local kill shelter because " they just couldn't take care of her anymore". Not sure what that means but she is a wonderful. sweet little dog that causes no trouble here. She is spayed, UTD on shots and HW negative. She is in a foster home with other small dogs, a cat and a doggie door. She is happy and loving and enjoys snuggling. Isabella weighs 10 lbs and she is definitely Maltese but we think we see some poodle in there as well. We would like to find this deserving girl a great home with older children or adults just because this type dog needs a little quieter life than small children offer. If you would like to fill out our application, please email lorainecm@comcast.net or omlc7@hotmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Isabella, a Plainfield Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Plainfield, or seeking a Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Plainfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plainfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plainfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plainfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
