Missi's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Missi's Story...
I'm Missi and I'm 9 years old and looking for a new family to love me. See my family just decided they didn't want me anymore. I just can't figure out why the don't want me. I'm sweet and loving, completely housebroken, smart and well trained. I never get into anything that I'm not supposed to. I'm content to just snuggle beside you on the couch. Now don't take that to mean that I'm lazy, no way. I am still very active and love to run and play. I do have a tummy that gets upset from time to time and I require special dog food. If you are willing to give an old lady a good home come and meet me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Missi, a Marion Poodle (Standard) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Standard) for sale in Marion, or seeking a Poodle (Standard) dog from a breeder in Marion.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marion already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marion breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Standard) breeders who help with Poodle (Standard) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marion paves the way for another one to be saved.
