Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Here is beautiful Barbra! She’s the calmest and coolest husky mix EVER! Barbra is 2 years old- she weighs about 62lbs now, but she should be about 70-75lbs as she is rather on the thin side. Barbra was patiently waiting for foster mom Tracy to come find her in her neighborhood in north Georgia. When no owner was located we suspect Barbra was either let out to fend for herself, dumped by her owner or wandered into the road…regardless she is one lucky dog to find Tracy and now you! Miss Barbra is outgoing and social, very loving and very affectionate. She is unusually calm for a husky and super smart too. She loves attention and melts at your touch! She loves kids, is extremely playful with other dogs and ignores the kitties. Tracy has farm animals and she is good around her horses and her pet pig too! Barbra is awesome in the house and her crate. She’s pretty much totally house broken and would be great as a daily walking or running partner or hiking buddy. She has gorgeous markings and a beautiful easy care coat. She has the sweetest eyes! Wherever this lovely husky girl ends up will be one lucky family. She is crate trained, good in the car and good on a leash. She has good energy- but settles nicely in the house. She will bond quickly with you and give you hugs and kisses the minute she meets you. Lovely Barbra deserves a life of comfort and fun after getting off to a crappy start in the south. She has many dogs as playmate’s at foster Tracy’s house, and gets along well with them all- from littlest lab puppy to big bully boys…she’s so much fun to watch run and play. Barbra has no problem with her confidence, and is working on her basic commands. She is spayed, micro-chipped and vaccinated. She’ll love being part of your family, and could really enjoy it if you had another dog or kids to go to training class with her! Barbra enjoys everything about the outdoors and will love your trips to the beach or the mountains. She will make a terrific companion and best family member, as she is loyal and loving. Barbra will be leaving Georgia on July 6thnd and arriving in the Seattle area on sat July 9th. To adopt Miss southern girl Barbra, please go to www.raincityrescue.com (choose adopt tab). Email Pam at raincityrescue@gmail.com with any questions and her adoption fee is $500. You can’t help but love this totally sweet, loyal and super-friendly Husky/Collie girl- be ready to start her great new life in time for super summer fun!
