Meesh's Story...
Meet Meesh! This brindle and white Boxer mix is just sweet as can be. She is happy-go-lucky, loves playing with her best doggie friends, enjoys games of fetch and ADORES jumping in big puddles of water! Right when she gets out into our exercise fields, she heads right for the puddles and just loves running through them and mud wrestling with her friends. Thankfully, she is fantastic about being rinsed off before heading back inside! If you are looking for a girl who is all for getting down and dirty and ready for endless adventures, Meesh raises both paws as one of our best candidates! Won't you come in and see if this silly girl is the one for you?!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Meesh, a Wilmington Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Wilmington, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Wilmington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wilmington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wilmington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wilmington paves the way for another one to be saved.
