My name is Speckles.
I was rescued from an incredibly over-crowded household, but I found the adoption center to be too stressful right away so I am not in a foster home and am doing much better.
I'm very sweet. I just need someone to give me some TLC and the time to realize that there is a better life ahead of me. I am still a little shy around new people. I hang on the bed with my foster mom and loves when she pets me. I still am not to comfortable being picked up yet, but I bet with the right person who will be patient with me I will eventually crawl onto your lap.
I would love to find a quiet, calm home and be a companion to the right buddy cat. I get along with most kitties but I am not to fond of dogs.
