Whatever Lola Wants!
We want to give it to her because this sweet girl deserves the best. Lola is a little tubby at 13 lbs. but she's on a diet and starting to trim down. She should probably weigh about 11 lbs...a nice little lapful.  Lola's skin has cleared up nicely! But her diet has not been so successful! She was discovered getting into another dog's bowl and sneaking an extra helping! So now she is being watched carefully at chow time and not getting away with sneaking anymore! Hopefully that little figure will trim up soon!  She is 10 years young and just wants to please...she's not a big barker. She likes to be near her person, laying at their feet or curled up next to them. She is pretty well house trained and knows to use pee pads. Lola gets along with all her foster brothers and sisters. She is fully vetted including a dental and ready for the loving home she wants so much. She walks well on a leash.
Lola is trimming down in Chattanooga, TN.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lola*Adopted, a Belcamp Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in Belcamp, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in Belcamp.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Belcamp already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Belcamp breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Belcamp paves the way for another one to be saved.
