Harrison's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Harrison is a 9 month old DLH tabby who was feral but is now the most loving and personable kitten around.  His favorite toys are feathers and any kind of string! He would do best in a home with no dogs but other cats are okay. Harrison has feline Herpes Simplex 1 which requires him to take medication for the rest of his life. Because of the herpes exposure, Harrison has one eye that is not as developed as the other, so it's a little smaller in size. It just adds to his beautiful features and bubbly personality!! Harrison needs a loving and caring person who will take care of him the rest of his life!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Harrison, a Clifton Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Clifton, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Clifton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Clifton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Clifton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Clifton paves the way for another one to be saved.
