My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lilac is a spirited yet snuggly gray tabby gal. She is more talkative than her brother Leo. Instead of tapping you she will usually just ask you for what she wants in meow language. Lilac loves to purr and she has a loud motor that immediately starts running when you pick her up for a snuggle session. Other hobbies include flying like Spiderwoman, to sneak up/pounce on her brother.
Lilac needs to be adopted with her foster brother or another kitten for playtime and companionship.

Behaviorally and socially, it’s best to adopt kittens in pairs, or into a home with a playful cat. Kittens really need a playmate in their forever home…and then they can get to play, and snuggle while you're not home.

If you are only interested in adopting a single kitten, and you’re home most of the day, and able to spend interactive time with a kitten, we will consider adopting out a kitten older than 4 months. Each foster home knows the kitten’s personalities best, and we follow their recommendations for single placements.

You can meet Lilac at Wilmette Pet, 625 Green Bay Road, anytime during store hours 7 days a week. (847-251-6750 www.wilmettepetcenter.com). Although you may want to adopt her on the spot, please know that you will have to go through the application process first.

Lilac's estimated date of birth is 4/15/16. Her adoption fee of $135 includes her vet exam, FVRCP vaccinations, FIV & Feline Leukemia testing (neg), routine deworming, flea control, microchip and spay.
