AnnMarieW, aka, AnnMarie was born on April 8th, 2016. AnnMarie is a gorgeous short haired black tuxy kitten. Her coat is a beautiful jet black color with white accents. She has been in my care, her foster mother, since 5/24/16. She arrived at my home with her two siblings, Mitch and Oscar. Mitch is also up for adoption and Oscar will be soon.

AnnMarie was actually adopted, but only for a day. She was returned due to allergies. The adopter noted that she purred and gave her kisses and fell asleep in her arms. AnnMarie was the only pet in the adopter’s home. The adopter said she would cry if she was not held. She also wandered about crying and was most likely looking for her siblings. For this reason, she must be adopted with one of her brothers, Mitch or Oscar, another kitten, or go to a home with other kitties for her to play with.

The key to AnnMarie’s heart is lots of play and treats. Her favorite toy is “Da Bird” and her favorite treat is a small amount of plain baked boneless skinless chicken breasts. She prefers more than a small amount, ha ha, but I only give her a little bit from my hand. These two things made her and her brothers my new best friends! She is impeccable with the litter box. She currently uses pellet litter, but should be fine with the litter of your choice. She is currently eating Purina Pro Plan for kittens and a small amount daily of Fancy Feast Pate wet kitten food. AnnMarie is used to living with many cats, not just her siblings, and my 3 small to medium sized dogs.

Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4pm.
