Blair's Story...
Blair is a 51 pound Boxer mix. She enjoys walks and exploring once she gets used to the surroundings. Blair gets along with other dogs if there not to rambunctious. She would do best in a quiet home because she is very timid. Once she warms up to you, Blair is a sweetheart and likes to cuddle! She needs someone who can take the time to socialize her. Blair has a microchip, has been vet checked, spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and tested negative for heartworm. Call 507-451-4512 to meet Blair in her foster home. Her adoption fee is $200.00. (AC)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Blair, a Owatonna Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Owatonna, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Owatonna.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Owatonna already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Owatonna breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Owatonna paves the way for another one to be saved.
