Jess loves playing with other dogs, both small and large, but equally enjoys being on your lap or held like a baby. He is crate trained, and is working on his house training, walking on a leash and clicker training.
Jess has been neutered and microchipped, had his Rabies vaccine and 3 rounds of DHP/Parvo vaccine, has been dewormed, and started on Heartworm prevention.
Jess's adoption fee is $200.00.
Forever Home Canine Rescue offers a 3-week trial period with all our adoptions, just to be sure that the pet is a good match for the adoptive family. The adoption fee is refunded if the adoption does not work out within the trial period. We want to be sure that each of our pets will have the perfect 'forever' home!
Forever Home Canine Rescue adopts out-of-state, but we never 'ship' or 'transport' our pets. An approved adopter must come to North Carolina to meet their new canine companion and then take him/her back home with them.
If you are interested in Jess and think he may be your ideal canine companion, please visit our website at foreverhomek9rescue.org for information on our adoption process and to download an application, or you may e-mail us at foreverhomeK9rescue@yahoo.com for additional information, or to request an application.

NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply.
