Facts about Rain

  • Breed: Domestic Longhair
  • Color: Calico Or Dilute Calico
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Female
  • Hair: Long
Poor Rain was adopted twice from us. She was given up the first time because her owner was very ill. The second time she was given up for not using the litter box. However, after being seen by the vet it was determined that she had bladder stones and an awful infection all around, which is why she wasn't able to use the litter box. Poor Rain needs a loving home now that will take good care of her and keep her healthy and happy. She is such a loving girl that she deserves a true forever home.

All our cats are FIV and FeLV tested.

We are open 7 days a week, 11 am to 5 pm. You are welcome to come by anytime, no appointment necessary. We are located at 2106 S. Sepulveda Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90025.

We adopt to families/people in the Los Angeles area only. For more information, visit our website:

Our Adoption Process...

+ The Lange Foundation requires possible adopters to complete a two page adoption application form. Based on that information we decide if the home and the pet are compatible. We do not do same-day adoptions.
+ We do do a home check if you are adopting a dog.
+ If all the above is complete and approved we proceed to fill out a contract with the adopter.
+ We do have a fee and it depends on the age of the pet you are choosing to adopt. Please call us for more information about our adoption fees.
+ All of our dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and up to date on flea preventative. Cats are FIV & FELV tested.
