Maggie is the whole package. Low-key and cuddly, but up for a run and great on a leash, Maggie is a dog you can take anywhere on your Austin adventures. Brunch on the patio, hit the trails or catch up on TV, Maggie is down for whatever.
Maggie gets along very well with other dogs, even some higher-strung ones she has met. She hasn't had much training, but she is picking it all up pretty quickly. She will sit on command, and she is a natural on the leash. She is working on crate and house training. She loves to play with tennis balls and snooze on the couch in equal measure. As soon as you sit down, she will casually jump up and lay her head in your lap, as if you have known each other for 30 years.
We think Maggie would do well in most homes. She hasn't been introduced to kids or cats yet, but she doesn't spook easy. She gets along well with all types of dogs and is laid back and affable when meeting new people. As noted, she will need additional house and obedience training. Though she doesn't need to live with a super athlete, she would appreciate regular walks or a yard to play in.
If you want a Happy Medium dog, Maggie is about the happiest medium you'll find. Meet her today!
