My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little scruffy terrier is just precious. He just makes himself right at home wherever he is and just mingles with the other dogs like he has known them forever. He looks part chihuahua mix with maybe wire hair terrier. He is approx 2.6 yrs old and 7 lb. He has a really nice personality, does really well on a leash and seems to be pretty well house trained, he is quiet and unassuming and just loves to curl up in his doggie bed. He is just the most wonderful little dog that will be a great companion for someone

The total adoption donation of $475 and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a lifetime pre paid registration. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. .

Just as a note, if you are in Massachusetts and are adopting directly from Texas rather than from a local foster, there are new quarantine laws in effect. All rescues must be quarantined 48 hours at a state run facility, and in addition, a second interstate health certificate is required to be issued by a Massachusetts vet. This new law adds an additional cost of $125.
