My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Colby probably had a rough life in his former home. When we first saw him at animal control we could hardly see his face for all the matted hair. Look how handsome he is now! Because of his life of neglect, Colby probably had to fight for food and was treated badly by his humans in the past.

Colby loves his dog pals and especially squeaky toys that he uses when they play tug-of-war. Colby is a snuggler and can stand on his back two legs to "beg" for attention, treats or toys. He is about 2 years old and weighs about 13 pounds. Because of his hard life until now, he's probably not a good choice for a family with small kids. Colby is a little shy around strangers, but that melts away fast once he knows they are going to treat him with love. He gets along well with the other dogs in his foster home, and is always happy to see you. .

Colby has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. His adoption fee is $250.00.
