Max's Info...

I am already neutered, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Max's Story...
Max is a sweet and lovable male Anatolian/German Shepherd of around 2 or 3. He is mellow with medium energy and very handsome. He loves people and is good with other dogs. We don't know how he is around cats or children but think he would be fine and would make a good family dog and a good watch dog.

Max is an Anatolian Shepherd who is very shy. This is remedied with fresh chicken treats from Trader Joe's or Costco which he will very gently take from your hand. This boy is very treat oriented and extremely trainable. He is a big, handsome guy who would like nothing better than to enjoy the life any boy wants, full of long walks, car rides to fun places, playing ball and enjoying his family. We have not had the joy of seeing him fostered since he has been in boarding since we saved him but he appears well behaved and may need very little education about how to behave indoors. He is sweet and affectionate and just needs someone to teach him how lovable he is to increase his self esteem and show him the ropes. Max is located in Spring Valley.

If you are interested in meeting Max please complete an adoption (or foster) application on our website below. You will also find all our dogs on our website or Facebook page below.

The adoption donation for healthy adult dogs is $300. Special consideration is given to the adoption of older and special needs dogs. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible. All dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis.
