Charlotte and Chloe are a bonded female pair.  They are either sisters or mom and daughter.  They are pee pad trained and the sweetest little couple of chis!  Very playful and love going on walk.  They absolutely adore each other.  They were pulled from the shelter the day they were to be euthanized. We are looking for a foster or adopter for these little sweethearts.

NEW LOCATION! Adoptions are held every SATURDAY from 1PM – 4PM at the PETCO at 8161 BEVERLY BLVD at La Jolla (1/2 mile east of Beverly Center). Plenty of parking!

For an application to foster or adopt, please email us at tailsofthecityrescue@gmail.com. A home check is required before any placement. We do not place out of state or outside the greater LA area. WE WELCOME YOUR INQUIRIES.

FOSTERS ARE ALWAYS NEEDED! For a weekend or a week or longer. We provide you with everything you need including food. You provide a safe, loving temporary home for a terrific dog.

About Tails of the City Animal Rescue

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our adoptions are held every Saturday from 1-4pm at the Petco at 8161 Beverly Blvd. Los Angeles 90048

Our Adoption Process...

1. Complete the Adoption Application which you can find at http://tailsofthecityrescue.com/?page_id=20 and please fill it out completely. We know our dogs and their personalities well. The more information we have about your situation, the easier it will be for us to see if the dog you are interested in is a good match for you.
2. Meet the dog you are interested in at our Adoption Event. Bring your family and your other dogs, if you have them, so we can evaluate their interaction.
3. Once your application is accepted and all parties agree to proceed with the adoption, we will make a Home Visit. A home visit by one of our experienced board members ensures that you are able to provide a safe environment for your newly adopted pet.
4. A Signed Agreement is the next step of the process. Your application becomes part of the agreement by reference.
5. Your Tax-Deductible Donation. This is the final step of the adoption process. We ask for a suggested minimum donation of $300.00. We operate solely on individual donations. We receive no government funding or corporate sponsorship. The amount we suggest does not even begin to cover the cost of rescuing and placing one animal. If you can donate more we would be most grateful, as it may help save one more adorable face at the shelter that we would have had to otherwise leave behind. Feel empowered by your donation, because we cannot continue our work without your help!
