Alexander's Info...

I am already neutered, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Alexander's Story...
Alexander is a 1 year old male shepherd/husky cross who weighs about 55 pounds. He is energetic and beginning to learn basic commands. He does well with many other dogs, both males and females. Alexander would be best with a dog companion or with a very active and attentive owner. Alexander will need owners that are home mush of the time, will provide dog training and lots of exercise. He is crate trained, but only for short periods of time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Alexander, a Cedar Crest Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Cedar Crest, or seeking a Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Cedar Crest.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cedar Crest already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cedar Crest breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cedar Crest paves the way for another one to be saved.
