Ellie's Story...
My name is Ellie and I am a super cute little chiweenie mix. I was found wandering around Victory Park in Stockton with my sister Lucy. We were trying to follow people home. A Good Samaritan picked us up and took us to the vet. We are super sweet cuddle bug girls that would love to find a forever home. It would be even better if we got adopted together!! We are dog friendly and we'd probably be fine with cats too. We love to run around the yard and play with our toys. We are crate and potty pad trained when our foster mama is gone, but we go outside too. We are estimated to be about 9 months old and we're ready for a home of our own.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ellie, a Lodi Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Lodi, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Lodi.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lodi already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lodi breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lodi paves the way for another one to be saved.
