Meet Titus. This little dude is awesome. Titus is a 2 1/2 year old pitbull mix and looking for his forever family. He prefers females as he has a fear of men. We are unsure of his past and what a man must have done to him to cause him such fear. He has no aggression issues only fear. He will back away and cower if a male comes close. This is heartbreaking. We know that if the right family comes along and has the patience to teach Titus that not all men are bad he will be just fine. In rescue and having many fosters we are unable to give him the one on one attention he requires to overcome his fear of men. Titus needs a hero. He needs someone to take him under their wings and teach him to trust. He has so much love to give. He loves ladies. He will follow me anywhere. He showers me with kisses everytime he gets near me. He can learn to trust men as well with patience and understanding. Could you help Titus? Could you be his hero? Helping a rescue transform from his/her past is the most rewarding expereince. Please do not let Titus's fear of men keep him from finding a family of his own. A foster home is good but a forever home is great. Titus deserves great! He truly is an amazing little boy.
Titus loves to run and play. He would make an excellent running or hiking buddy. He does fantastic in the house and is housetrained with doggie door. He loves to snuggle up on the bed and sleep with you. He gets along great with other dogs of all sizes. He is crate trained as well. He loves to go for car rides and sits like a gentleman enjoying the view from the window.
Titus's birthday is estimated to be December 18, 2013. He is a small pit mix weighing around 55 lbs. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, on monthly preventatives and microchipped. He has a smile that is sure to melt your heart.
