The adoption application link is at the end of the description, read all of the description to it's entirety. Please do not send an email inquiring about a dog, just fill out the adoption application then when it is received questions can be answered. If I only answer emails then I can't make calls to the people that have filled out the adoption application and that is not fair to the people that read the description and instructions. Thanks so much for understanding. ;) Our rescue doesn't have an actual shelter building in your area or mine. Therefore, it is not possible to meet the dogs and pups in person prior to their adoption. All of the puppy’s and dogs are located in either TN, Arkansas, and KY and will come north on a USDA transport once they are adopted. A big loving “hello” from a very pretty baby! My name is Amber, and my warm golden eyes will surely melt your heart! I’m an American Staffordshire Terrier mix with a sleek, light tan coat. I’m not a puppy anymore but not fully grown yet, so expect me to weigh in at about 45 lb when I reach adulthood. My foster Mom spotted me on New Allen Road on a cold, wet day just before a snowstorm – a little, thin, freezing dog all alone on a day that would have meant death for me. She scooped me up without a second thought, and that is how I got a second chance at life! My foster Mom knows me best, and says I’m a lover, with a sweet, outgoing disposition. And I sure do love cuddly toys and riding in cars! I’m extremely active and exuberant, so you’ll need to have a fenced yard and playmates for me to pal around with! Fortunately I do very well with older kids, boy dogs, and more senior girl dogs. I’m an all-round fast learner too – I’m already house trained, kennel trained, and making very good progress with my leash training. If your active family has been looking for a bouncing bundle of joyous good loving – look no further, here I am! Adoption is $350. and transport is $140. About Faithful Companions Dog Rescue - CT Chapter

About Our Rescue Group...

We rescue dogs/pups from Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia. We are a small rescue and we work real hard to find good adoptive homes for all of our dogs and puppy's.
Our dogs are temperament tested, UTD on vaccines, rabies vaccine (age appropiate), heart worm tested (over 6 months) and neutered or spayed (over six months) and only good family dogs are available for adoption. Please consider a black dog because black dogs are not adopted as often as their light colored friends.

Come Meet Our Pets...

The rescues & shelters are located in MS, KY, AR and TN. All of our dogs/pups are quarantined for two weeks or more before transport.

Please email us at for an application and information,.

Please note: We cannot guarantee the authenticity of the breed or the size of the dog or puppy, as this information is given to us by the shelters and rescues with whom we work.

Our Adoption Process...

You will need to email us at for an application as this is the first step in the adoption process. Once we receive your application, we will give you a call and answer any questions that you may have.

Neither Faithful Companions Dog Rescue nor the rescue or shelter from which the adopted dog came, will be responsible for any health problems that arise after the adoption date.
