Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Lexi.
A Little About Me:
Hi my name is Lexi. I am a 4 year old chihuahua mix. I was rescued from River Rouge animal shelter as an owner surrender, but no fault of my own.
So let me tell you more about me. I get along with some dogs that are small and submissive but prefer to be the only dog. I do not like cats. I would do better as the only pet in the home. I thrive on attention from people. I am a spunky little girl only 12 lbs, and will keep you on your toes. I love to go for car rides and be with my people. I also like to go for walks on which my foster mom is teaching me manners on how to walk nice and I am learning really well. I also like to sleep in bed with my foster mom. I need to be in a home with a fenced yard. I love to play and I am the best tail chaser.
I am a Small Black Spunky Female Dog. I am good with dogs and with kids of the age(s): Teen. I like to be petted. My approximate birth date is 4 years. I am house broken. I am crate trained. I go out to potty mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I like these toys: Balls, Squeeky, Furry, Rope. I have a high prey drive.
I am currently living at Foster Care.
Lexi was spayed by the rescue.
I had the following training:house trained and learning basic manners and walks on a harness
This is my known personal history:was rescued from River Rouge
I eat Purina Pro Plan small breed.
Currently, I am not shown anywhere. If you would like to see me, call the number on the PAAW Home page to make an appointment.
