Say Hi to Sydnie. Sydnie is now available for adoption from 4 Paws. Sydnie had a rough start. A couple of years ago her owners got her from an aquaintance who was severly beating her. They were able to convince the owner to allow them to take her. Most recently, Sydnie got herself into some trouble where she was living. She got into some industrial pesticides. Once taken to the vet, they were faced with either euthanizing Sydnie or reaching out for help. They decided to do the latter and get her help. Even though the vet still recommended euthanizing her, the 4 Paws team wasn't convinced. We gave the ok to do extensive testing and approved her to be hospitalized. Once she was stable we transferred her to our vet's care and began her rehab. Sydnie was suffering from severe tremors and was unable to walk. We are happy to say that it appears that she will make a full recovery. We are now beginning to screen potential applicants. 4pawsnj.org/adopt
