Oliver hasn't had the easiest life and we don't know for how long. He must have been on his own for quite some time as he was a matted, emaciated mess when found. He is doing very well in his foster home, was groomed and feeling so much better now. We suspect Oliver is 13-15 years old. He is sweet as can be and very low maintenance. Oliver needs a loving home where he can spend the rest of his golden years.
