Ozzy's Story...
Meet Ozzy!
Ozzy is an American Bulldog mix. He is 75lbs and approximately 2.5-3 years old. Ozzy is a gorgeous mahogany brindle boy with quite a bit of white on him. He really looks like a swiss mountain dog from the front. Ozzy is a super sweet boy who is eager to please. He listens to all his commands and likes to follow you around the house and yard. Ozzy loves to play and to romp with his doggy friends and is obsessed with his rubber chuck-it ball. Currently Ozzy lives with many dogs of all sizes including two teacup Chihuahuas. Ozzy is 100% house trained and crate trained. He is a true medium energy and would be great in a wide variety of households. Ozzy also would be a great hiking partner and I'm sure would love the water. Ozzy is up to date with all his vaccinations, has been microchipped and is neutered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ozzy, a Greenville American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Greenville, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Greenville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greenville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greenville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greenville paves the way for another one to be saved.
