Meet Meara!

Meara is a super sweet and friendly pup! She loves people and children. She gets along well with

dogs as well as cats.

Meara is a very gentle and docile little puppy. She is very friendly to every dog and human. She

is a very warm and cuddly girl who has the angelic smile that will definitely melt your heart!

She is very smart and a quick learner. She knows how to make people happy and easy-going. She

can be very playful and energetic when she plays, and then become very docile and quiet if you

ask her to come to you and stay peacefully with you.

Meara was rescued along with her other 5 siblings in the rural mountain area. Mother dog hid

them on a dangerous hill, and there was a road above and a ditch under their hidden site.

What’s even worse, several big dogs attacked them when the mother dog was out for food.

Luckily enough we found them and took them to the vet in time and had them examined. They

were found to suffer from mal nutrition and some injuries. Therefore, we arranged them to stay

with foster families for better care and medical treatment.

As her wounds are healing fast, most of the missing fur is gradually growing back, it simply

needs some time. Now not only her coats are shinier, skin problems are much improved, but she

is also so much healthier and full of life!

Meara is a dog suitable for all kinds of families, and all ages of people. Please give her a chance

to be a part of your family. Meara is ready for a forever home!

Meara is a wonderful puppy. However, she may be allergic to some vaccinates. The symptoms

first started with a fever, and then her hind legs would lose the strength to stand up. It has

happened three times so far, and every time the symptons came a few days later right after the

shots (Pfizer Vanguard Plus 5/CV-L). The treatment we found that works well is to keep her

appetite and give her enough food, and then provide her enough vitamine D or sunlight along with

appropriate amount of calcium. She will be back on her feet in just few days.
