Nay Nay's Story...
Are you looking for a silly, affectionate, and beautiful dog to join your family? Then come and meet miss Nay Nay!! This 7 1/2 year old Standard Dachshund mix (our best guess!) is a lovely girl, and will be sure to steal your heart! Her previous owners brought her to the shelter when they were moving and apparently couldn't take her with them. She has a happy personality and has adjusted to her new situation very well. She loves getting attention from staff and visitors, and has gotten along great with her doggy roommates. She hasn't even had a potty accident! Nay Nay has a history of being a little chunky, and would love to join you on daily walks around the neighborhood to stay in shape! She is spayed, current on her vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Come and meet her today at our Waggin' Tails Adoption Center in Benbrook! We are open daily from 12-6pm.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nay Nay, a Benbrook Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Benbrook, or seeking a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Benbrook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Benbrook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Benbrook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Benbrook paves the way for another one to be saved.
