Papa Mike's Story...
Papa Mike's Story...
This sweet and peaceful boy is one of the Valencia 17 rescued by LDRNM early this year. Big Papa Mike is about 6 years old and weighs about 7 pounds. He was on medical hold as his jaw was wired to try and fix where it was broken in 2 places. They suspect he was mauled by another dog when he was a pup. Unfortunately the bones didn't heal, but they cause him no pain and he can eat and drink. He is very sweet, loves to cuddle give kisses and sleep under covers. He would do best in a quite home. Mike is houuse trained uses dog door and doesn't take any fussin' around from anyone and he's still a total sweetheart! If you would like to make Mike part of your family, please complete an online application at www.lapdogrescue.org and be sure to include his name at the top.
