“We all have our safe places where we like to hang out and feel secure. My place has always been inside my box until recently. I decided to find out what was outside the box. Now I sit in the front of my kennel and watch the daily activities in the shelter. I found out it’s not so bad out front. People are talking to me and making me feel good. I still have my box to retreat to if I want, but I think I’ll sticking around out front for awhile.”
